A letter with details of this year's AGM can be found by pressing the link near the top right of this page called "Club Information". From there, follow the link to "documents". In "documents" you will find three items:
1. First Notice of AGM
2. Nomination form for club officials and for proposing an item for the agenda
3. Second Notice of AGM
Only club members may stand for office or propose or second a person for office
Only club members may propose or second an item for the agenda
Associate members do not have this right.
