Message from Dave Wootton on Monday 20th August reports that Andy is off all sedation and has started to respond to commands. He is still heavily medicated and he is awaiting the stitching to be removed from his eyes. His chest has improved and is breathing more independently.
There is still a long, long way to go but there is hope.
