Sheppey Rugby Club are mourning the loss of Steve Croall, who tragicically died on Monday 25th July 2011. At this moment our thoughts and prayers are with Steve's family and those close to him.

We have lost a friend, club mate and player and no doubt people have a range of questions and emotions. It is important that at sad times such as this, the club comes together with a collective strength so that we can all get each other from one day to the next.

The Club will be open from 7pm this evening (Tuesday) for any one who wishes to share their loss.

It is not appropriate at this time to discuss what has happened, but we appreciate the widespread sense of loss on the Island and in the rugby community.

Neil Golding (Chairman)
